Palmas Del Mar is a 3,000 acre gated resort community located on the southeast coast of Puerto Rico, approximately 35 miles from the San Juan Airport. The resort features spectacular beaches, pools, two championship golf courses, the best tennis facility in Puerto Rico, a fitness center, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, diving, day sails, sea kayaking  and more than 15 restaurants.

The Villa is a 1500 square foot, 2nd floor condo unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen/dining room, living room, laundry room, a loft (for sleeping or office use), and 2 outside covered balconies with breathtaking ocean views. The villa will comfortably sleep six with the master bedroom having a king size bed and the two other bedrooms having two twin beds each.  There is also a pullout foam bed in the loft suitable for 1 or 2 children.  The villa is fabulously furnished with pretty draperies, nice linens, a fully equipped kitchen, computer hook-up, cable TV and VCR, laundry room, and beach lounge chairs.

The villa is located just a few feet from a lovely beach, private pool, and the Doral Hotel; where there is dining, shopping, and a casino.  You can also walk down the beach for a pina colada to The Beach Bohio and listen to live Caribbean music. There is a small grocery store, numerous restaurants, and a video store all located in Palmanova Plaza about a quarter mile away.

Our unit is maintained by a real estate agent on the premise and they are available to help with any problems you may have 7 days a week.  Daily or weekly housekeeping can be arranged along with babysitting.  The Doral Hotel, which is a short walk from our villa, also offers a day camp for children.
