Weekly rates include local telephone calls, utilities, household linen and weekly maid service. Minimum rental period is one week. A deposit of 50% is required on reservation with the balance due one month prior to the start of the rental period.

Daily maid service is available at additional cost. "Start up" provisioning is available at extra cost. Taxi pickup and drop off to the airport or ferry can be arranged. Car rental can be arranged; payment is made directly to the car rental company.

Monthly rates are 20% off pro-rated weekly rental rates. 5% discount is given to repeat renters.
